After you join the club, you will be a part of one of the various projects we work on. Your role might be related to creating content, designing our products, PR and marketing, tech support or any other activity involved in keeping the club operations smooth.

• What team you are involved in depends majorly on what you are interested in and how good you are at doing it.
• The quality of our final product is heavily influenced by how well the various teams within our club collaborate and create.
• When you take up a task or are assigned one, you are expected to be dedicated to it to some extent.
• No matter what aspect of the club operations you are involved in, the time and effort you put into even the smallest of tasks given to you is what makes all the difference.
• Respect people's personal time. Do not encroach on it.
• If you hold a higher authority over your teammates it does not give you the right to belittle them.
