• We feel everybody has to go about their work without any need for follow-ups.
• As a member, you have committed yourself to contribute to this club. You cannot expect someone to always follow-up with you, remind you and, bottom line, hound you to finish a task you have committed to on time. You keep track of your own work.
• Inform the team whenever you are not available for meetings and discussions. Communicate with your team. This is one way we can respect each other's time.
• Provide timely updates on your work progress.
