• Communication is very important when working in a team setup. It helps us to make sure we are on the same page and are clear about our responsibilities.
• We plan to have regular offline meetings in the college as and when everybody is available. We communicate on Google Workspace.
• It is expected of everybody to make time for these meetings to have timely updates about all club activities.
• If you are not able to attend the meeting for any reason, do inform the team beforehand.
• Attending these meetings and also having conversations with your teammates and core members will help you clear all of your doubts, confusions and questions regarding your roles and tasks in the club.
• Interact with your teammates. Try to maintain of friendly relationship with your teammates. This helps us to keep an interactive and lively vibe in the workspace where you can work with zero inhibitions and stress.
• Whatever activity you engage in concerning the club it is to be informed to all of your teammates, core members included. This is one way all of us can keep check on each other's work.
