An efficient recruitment process is key to finding the right people who can efficiently collaborate and communicate with each other to achieve our club agenda. Here’s how we plan to do ours.

• For the club, we are looking for committed individuals who can efficiently dedicate time to the club activities alongside their daily routines.
• First, we start off with an interview process where we attempt to see if you are the right person for this club or not. You will be asked a series of general questions that we think are relevant to the club.
• After the selection of students is done, we will conduct a series of talks and workshops to help our students gather the necessary skills required to contribute to the club.
• After successfully finishing all of the technical talks and workshops, the students will be interviewed one last time to help us decide the specific designations and tasks most suited to them.
• The final interview will also include activities which help us to get a fair idea of the level of learning of the students from the previously conducted workshops and talks.
