You may have to leave the club either due to personal situations or due to strained relations with the club. Whatever the reason might be, here are set of general procedures involved when leaving our club:
- You will have to inform the club’s core members in person.
- Let us know the reason or cause behind leaving the club.
- You will be asked to provide feedback regarding your work experience with the team.
- All of the access you have to the club resources will be cut off and the club properties should be returned back . The same applies to communication platforms too.
- A Formal letter has to be sent to the club mail addressing the Faculty Co-ordinator and Student Co-ordinator, with the above contents .
- Termination of the membership will depend on the evaluation of all factors.
- After the evaluation of all the factors decision will be taken.
- As the final confirmation , a relieving letter be sent through the mail.
- Once you are relieved from the club, refrain from using any positions that was given within the club portraying as an existing member as it will cause plagiarism. If done so serious actions will be taken.
You are also subject to being removed from the club if you violate our policies. Go through this document to get a fair idea of what those are.
